Member Registrations
A member is defined as a member of the Polymer Processing Society (PPS). Group registration of association will be discounted.
Full Registration
Registration for members and non-members includes attendance at all symposia during days of November 15-17, 2011. Registration also includes; one set of conference proceedings, satchel, name badge, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch and entry to the Welcome Function, Poster Sessions, and Conference Banquet.
Deadline for Paying Registration Fee
It should be noted that the deadline for the payment of registration fee is September 23, 2011.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing mail, email or fax to Conference Manager (Prof. H. Nazockdast). Cancellations will not be considered to be received until you have written confirmation from Conference Manager. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact the Conference Manager.
If you are cancelling any or all aspects of your booking: registration, travel, and/or accommodation, this can be done with one correspondence to Conference Manager.
Cancelling your Conference Registration
Cancellations postmarked on or before, 1 month before conference, will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the Conference postmarked on or after 1 month before conference, however substitutions may be accepted.
