Presentation Information
Accepted Oral Presentations
Accepted Oral Presentations will be allocated 20 minutes presentation time which includes 5 minutes for questions and answers to be held at the conclusion of each presentation. The certificate of presentation will also be given to the presenters at their presentation by the board of the session.
Poster Presentations
All the posters must be printed on A0 (1189mm high x 841mm wide) 150gsm (gram per square meter) gloss paper. You should also leave a blank margin of 5 cm at the top of the posters so that we assign the PPS 2011 label. They will be mounted on a display panel, for the duration of the Congress. Poster sessions will take place along with Oral Presentation sessions on November 15-17, 2011, and the presenters are supposed to be available at their session to answer possible questions about their posters. The certificate of poster presentation will also be given to the presenters by the end of the congress.
Abstract Submission is now closed. Full paper submission will be open until October 1, 2011.
It should be noted that some extended abstracts selected by the scientific committee of PPS2011 will be published (as a full paper) in a special issue of Iranian Polymer Journal (IPJ) after being peer reviewed by the IPJ editorial board.
Note: It is normal practice to specify the thickness of paper/card by its weight in grams per square meter (GSM or GM). Fax and photocopier paper is usually around 80gsm, a high quality letterhead is around 120gsm, a leaflet such as a takeaway menu is around 150gsm, a flyer is around 300gsm and a postcard or high quality business card is around 400gsm.
